We had no winner of our €20,000 lotto jackpot last Sunday night in the Thatch Bar. We had four match 3 winners sharing €150 - Margaret Tiernan (Shrule), Shane Redmond (Rockhill), Gerry Gurhy (Leitrim) & Pauline O'Connell (Horsevalley). Numbers drawn were 19-20-21-22. Promoters prize went to Geraldine Geraghty. Next week's draw will be for €20,000 and will be held in the Angler's Rest on Sunday night. This Sunday the Intermediates face Cortoon Shamrocks in the Intermediate Championship Quarter Final in Tuam Stadium at 2.45pm. This is a huge game for the club as we now start the knockout stages of the competition, please support the team and management.
The Juniors play away to Annaghdown in the third group game of the Championship at 6.45pm on Friday. Both teams have 2 wins from 2 and have qualified for the Semi Final so this game will be for top spot in the table. The U-16s played Killanin in the Championship Quarter Final on Tuesday. Report next week.
The u-14s were due to play Claregalway in the Championship last Friday but it was postponed due to the weather. That fixture will now go ahead at 7pm this Friday in Headford. The club has now closed the weekly shop opening night for 2019. Deirdre or Maria can still be contacted (086-6082489 / 086-1764116) and can arrange for any items to be sold.
