We had no winner of our €20,000 lotto jackpot last Sunday night in the Thatch Bar. We had three match 3 winners sharing €150 - Tom & Nora D'arcy(Carnakib), Eileen Mohan(Headford), Enda Hannon(Cloughanover). Numbers drawn were 2-16-18-19. Promoters prize went to Mary Dickenson. Next week's draw will be for €20,000 and will be held in the Angler's Rest Hotel on Sunday night. Hard luck to Padraic Cunningham and the Galway Footballers, defeated by Mayo on Saturday. Well done to Mike O'Brien and the Galway u-20s on their win over Roscommon, they now play Mayo in the Connacht Final this Wednesday in Tuam Stadium.
Hard luck to the Juniors who lost their penultimate league game last Friday evening despite a strong performance. This result has ended our hopes of a league final but we have one game left vs Caherlistrane before Championship in August.
The Intermediates are down to play Dunmore McHales this weekend in the league. Keep an eye on our social media pages for an official fixture.
