We had no winner of our €18,550 lotto jackpot last Sunday night. We had two match 3s sharing €150 - Daire Doherty (Headford) & Gerda Bane (Headford). Numbers drawn were 2-10-20-24. Promoters prize went to Oisin Cooney. Next week's draw will be for €18,700 and will be held in Ted McHugh's on Sunday night. The Intermediates kept their unbeaten run going with an away draw in Barnaderg last Saturday evening, final score 0-9 to 0-9. Their next game is at home vs Micháel Breathnachs in 2 weeks time.
The Juniors play Corofin this Thursday at home at 7pm in Division 5 and travel to Ballinasloe on Bank Holiday Monday, please support. Well done to the u-16s who made it 3 wins from 3 in the league last Tuesday evening in Caherlistrane, with an excellent display of football. This Tuesday they take on Cortoon Shamrocks at home.
A huge thanks to all the local businesses who sponsored our spot prizes for last Sunday evening's card drive in Cloughanover Community Centre. Thanks to all who supported the event. Thanks to all the walkers, joggers and collectors who made the Feile 5k a great success on Easter Sunday. Special thanks to the Mullins Familly shop in Shrule for providing the refreshments and also to Mike and Angela O'Brien who generously sponsored the 4 prizes for the players. Lastly, thanks to Murphys Bar in Kilbeg for being wonderful hosts. Well done to Seán Birmingham & Dean O'Malley who represented Galway North u-15 last weekend vs Longford. Both lads put in impressive performances and will be back in the squad in the coming weeks and months
