Results County Intermediate Semi-Final: St Michaels 0-19’ v Oranmore 0-07 Fixtures: Saturday 02nd November2024: County Intermediate Final: St Michaels’ v Caltra in Tuam Stadium at 2:30pm. News: St Michaels’ clocked up another 19 point tally last Saturday to match the exact score they amassed against the same Oranmore opposition in the first round of this year’s Championship back in August. The difference this time round is that they kept their opponents to 32% of the scores they amassed in early Autumn. Michaels’ led by 9 points to 3 at half time and maintained a similar scoring ratio in the second half to run out 12 point victors. Team: S. Daly, S. Kerr, S. Maloney & C. Meagher. E. Fiorentini (0-2), B. Madden & E. Kerin. C. Gallagher (0-1) & D. Hurley. F. Cruise, D. Cunnane (0-2) & F. Daly. G. Higgins ( 0-09(6f), D. Connaughton (0-1) & E. Brannigan (0-3). Subs: B. Harlowe, D. O’ Malley, G. Summerville (0-1), J. Summerville & J. Browne. They now meet an undefeated Caltra in the County Final in Tuam on Saturday next at 2:30pm.
