U21 West Football Final
We played defending champions Rockwell/Rosegreen in the west final of U21 B Football in Clonoulty. Led by captain James Deegan we fought to the bitter end and despite dominating much of the play we were unable to convert possession to scores and Rockwell/Rosegreen held on to their crown, prevailing on a scoreline of 0-07 to 0-05 County Intermediate League
We defeated an understrength Arravale Rovers in round 1 of the county league on a scoreline of 1-14 to 0-01. After a mighty battle we succumbed to Gortnahoe Glengoole in round 2 1-13 to 0-13. We were drawn to face Moyle Rovers in round 3 but the fixture was called off. We await results in the other game to decide our fate Fundraising
The “Pride of the Village” quiz scheduled for 28th March has been postponed to a later date. We look forward to seeing you at the rescheduled date.
