County Intermediate Championship After the opening 2 rounds of the county intermediate hurling championship we sit on top of Group 4 following a narrow victory over Shannon Rovers and a resounding win over a depleted Cashel side. In round 3 we take on a resurgent Carrick Davins side in a winner takes all clash. West Intermediate Championship We defend our title in the west quarter final on Wednesday 14th June at 7.15pm in Annacarty in a repeat of last year’s west final versus Golden Kilfeacle. West Junior B Hurling League With a stirring second half display we accounted for Arravale Rovers in the final group game meaning we qualified for the semi-final versus Solohead. In a tense affair 4 first half goals paved the way for a 4-09 to 2-12 victory. We now await the winners of the other semi-final between Golden & Arravale Rovers/ West Junior A Football The defence of our west title has gotten off to a flyer with 3 wins from 3 against Arravale Rovers, Rosegreen & Cappawhite. In the group stages we still have to play strong teams such as Emly & Knockavilla Kickhams.
