2021 INTERMEDIATE CHAMPIONSHIP
Well done to our lads who beat Ballymahon in round 5 of the 2021 intermediate championship on Saturday last at McGann Park, Kenagh in a very entertaining game. This win places us at the top of the table in Group A. We now play Sean Connolly's in the 2021 intermediate semi final on Monday (Bank Holiday) 25th October. Time and venue yet to be confirmed.
Great credit must be given to the team and management who were unbeaten in their group and who have given their supporters and parish a lot to be proud of.
A DATE FOR YOUR DIARY
The club will hold its AGM on Saturday 20th November. Nomination forms are currently being circulated to all club members and need to be filled out and returned to Anne Evans, Secretary by 13th November.
Everybody is welcome to attend our AGM and we hope to see some new faces to help with the progression of our club.
SCRAP METAL
With scrap metal prices on the rise the club are still collecting scrap metal. Any unwanted metal items you have lying around your house or farmyard can be dropped into Liam Farrell's workshop Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm. We are hoping to complete a load for recycling in the near future. All monies raised goes towards the running of the club. Collection can be arranged and if in doubt of what's acceptable you can contact Liam on 086 1632842.
