The draw for this weeks lotto took place this evening
in Tuohy's bar
There was no winner of the jackpot prize of €13,200
which means that next weeks draw will be a sensational 13,500
There was also no winner of the €1000 euro draw. The
numbers drawn were 5, 15, 17, 25
Again thanks to all who sold and bought tickets for the draw,
numbers are increasing by the week which is great

The open day for the new hall was held on sunday last, a huge crowd turned up which was great to see, and all were highly impressed with the quality on show. Already the hall is in high demand with indoor soccer drawing people from all over the county. Bingo will hopfeully kick off in the next few weeks also, again feel fre make enquiries if you would like
to get involved in activities or have any ideas about about how the hall would benefit the community

On the sports front the U/21's suffered their first defeat of the year with a 1-9 to 0-5
loss to a very strong Annacarty team, They now play Bansha this sunday needing
a win to progress, Best of luck to them
The senior hurlers kick off their campaign with a challenge match next sunday
in littleton against moycarkey/borris. A very early start for the lads at 10.30.
Finally the talk of the village this week is the knockout darts competition this friday niight
in touhys where they take on the bridge house, a huge crowd is expected, both sides
are training hard all week, a cracker is expected
