There was no winner of the lotto jackpot and no match 3s. The numbers drawn were 10, 15, 16, 29.  The seller's prize went to Mike Wallace.  Next week's jackpot is for €16,400 with the draw in the Man of Aran 





 





MENS NOTES 





The AIB All Ireland Senior Football Club Championship Final in which Corofin play Slaughtneil of Derry in Croke Park, St Patrick's Day takes place at 3.45pm. The game will be live on TG4, but “Nothing Beats Being There”.  

Representatives from the Ticket Office in Croke Park will be in Corofin GAA grounds from 7-9 on Tuesday 3 March to sell central tickets at a discount of 5.  Adult stand tickets will be priced at €20. Juvenile (U16's) are priced at €5, for the Cusack stand only. 





The Club is holding a fundraising “Night at the Dogs” in the Galway Greyhound Stadium on Saturday 7 March. All monies raised will go towards the senior team’s training fund in preparation for the All-Ireland Final. Tickets costing €20 are on sale locally. Prizes include €1000 for the holder of the ticket with the winning combination of dogs in the featured race. There will be 5 winners of €100 each in a Lucky Dip Draw on the night. The ticket includes admission to the Stadium and the Race Card.  Ticket sellers for the Race Night will be calling to all houses in the parish in the next week.  Your support is greatly appreciated. 





The seniors won the John Dunne Cup Final on Sunday defeating Micheal Breathnach by 2 –11 to 0 – 9, played in Duggan Park, Ballinasloe. 





The under 21s had a good start to their defense of the Championship defeating Annaghdown by 1-10 to 1-6, with the Corofin goal scored by Kieran Molloy. 

Well done to U14 panel and their parents who braved the elements on Sunday morning in Kiltoom. The team had a great start to 2015 winning by 7-6 to St Bridgets 1-7.  





Well done also to the u13 team who were winners by 5-4 to 1-4 in Sunday's league game in Mountbellew. 





The under age ‘train the trainer’ course takes place this Wednesday in the Belclare gym at 8.00 pm.  





The club extends its sympathy to the Burke family on the death of Tommy Burke, RIP, Brackloon.
