LOTTO:



The Corofin lotto jackpot continues to grow and is now worth €9,950.  There was no winner of the lotto jackpot and one match 3 - Jason Coen, Garra.  The numbers drawn were 3, 12, 24, 25.  Next week's draw is in Raftery's.



MENS NOTES:



Well done to Corofin Under 21s who had a comfortable win over Dunmore MacHales in the North Board (A) semi-final on Saturday evening in Tuam.  Corofin led by 1-15 to 0-4 at half time.  The final score was Corofin 3-20 to Dunmore MacHales 1-9.



Scorers – Corofin:  Ian Burke 1-5, Martin Farragher 1-4, Jason Leonard 0-6 (1 free), Kieran Molloy 1-0, Seán Silke 0-2 (1 free), Dylan Wall 0-2, Conor Raftery 0-1.



Scorers – Dunmore MacHales:  Matthew Reddington 5 points (4 frees), Ian Ferrick 4 points (all frees), Micheál Brady 1 goal.



Our intermediate team plays Ballinasloe in the league next Sunday (4 May) at 3.00 pm in Corofin.



Our seniors play Naomh Anna, Leitir Móir in round 4 of the league next Monday (5 May) at 3.00 pm in Corofin.



The minor league final in which we play Mountbellew – Moylough may be scheduled for this weekend.   Check out Facebook, Twitter or Club Website for details. 



Our under 14 team play Claregalway in a league match in Belclare on Friday evening at 7.00 pm.



Under 10, 8 and 6 continue training on Saturday mornings at 10.00 pm.



The Raftery Cup starts on Wednesday 7 May in Belclare with the first game at 6.15 pm.



The club sympatises with the Stephens family, Corofin, on the death of Joseph Kemple (RIP), Manchester and formerly of Cloonfush, Tuam. 



 



LADIES FOOTBALL:



Under 10 training continues every Tuesday at 6.15 in Belclare and again every Thursday at 6.15 in Corofin.

Under 12 training is on Thursday 1st and Tuesday 6th in Belclare @ 6.15.



Under 14s have training Friday the 3rd at 6.30pm in Belclare.



The u16s played Moycullen, away and had a good win, 3-14 to 1-9.



The under 18s (minors) have training on Friday the 2nd @ 7pm in Belclare.  All players willing to be part of the minor panel are asked to attend.  Please bring Gumshields.



The Connacht Minor final is on Monday 5th May, Galway vs Mayo. We wish our club player Dearbhla Gower the best of luck.



The County U16s start their Championship campaign on Sunday 4th when Galway play Roscommon.  We wish our club players, Leanne Coen, Orla Canney & Chelsea Blade, and Stephen Hession part of the team management, the best of luck.



Well done to the Club senior players, Leonie Higgins, Tina Hughes, Roisín Leonard, Meadhbh Maloney, Tracy Leonard and Una Carroll, all of whom were part of the County senior panel that beat Meath to qualify for the League all Ireland final.
