GAA CLUB NOTES
On Sunday Galway Senior team played Donegal in Round 4 of their Allianz League campaign. It was tight game in Letterkenny with both teams finding the net in the opening half. Galway hit a purple patch early in the second half to take the lead, but Donegal responded before the game finished level on Galway 1-9 Donegal 1-9.
Dylan McHugh and Ian Burke started the game with Bernard Power named among the substitutes.
The next game for Galway Seniors is against Monaghan for Round 5, Sunday 5th March at 12:45pm, in Pearse Stadium.

LGFA CLUB NOTES
On Sunday Galway Seniors played Round 5 of their Lidl Ladies NFL Division 1 campaign against Waterford in Dungarvan. Galway controlled the game on the scoreboard and never looked to be in trouble, finishing up winners on a scoreline of Galway 0-10 Waterford 0-5.
Karen Connolly, Leanne Coen, Roisin Leonard and Tracey Leonard started the game. Roisin scored 4 points (4 from frees) and Tracey scored a point also.
The next game for Galway Seniors is against Mayo for Round 6, Sunday 19th March in Mayo.
