Our seniors play Caherlistrane in round 2 of the championship on Saturday at 3.00 pm in Tuam Stadium. Our intermediate team have their second game in the championship when they play Oranmore on Sunday at 4.30 pm in Duggan Park, Ballinasloe. We defeated Monivea-Abbey in the under 19 A North championship by 1-6 to 0-5, playedlast Wednesday evening in Monivea. We drew with Kilkerrin-Clonberne in the junior championship North - Group A played on Friday evening in Corofin. The final score was Corofin 2-13 to Kilkerrin-Clonberne 4-7. The goal came from Rob Carr and a last free kick from the 45 yards from Alan O’Donavansnatched a draw. Great result lads, well done. We defeated Salthill-Knocknacarra in the under 17 A championship by 8-9 to 3-4 played on Sunday in Corofin. Our under 12 group had three wins in their respective finals at the weekend.
