Galway minors were defeated by Roscommon in the Connacht semi-final by 2-12 to 1-16. Cormac Greaney, who scored one point, started for Galway while Eoin Brady came on as a second half sub. We play Tuam Stars in our final group game in the league, division 1 on Wednesday at 7.30 pm in Corofin. We defeated Dunmore MacHales by 3-8 to 0-12 in the junior B championship (North) played in Dunmore last week. Well done lads. Our next game is against Williamstown in Corofin on Friday at 7.45 pm. Our intermediate team play Menlough on Saturday evening at 6.00 pm in Corofin. We play Kilkerrin-Clonberne in division 5 League – North in Corofin at 7.30 pm next Tuesday. CONGRATS:
Congratulations to Tommy Farragher and Peggy Higgins on their recent wins in Dangan at the Galway Track and Field Championship.
