CONNACHT CHAMPIONSHIP:
Galway footballers will play Sligo in the Connacht semi-final in Markievicz Park, Sligo on Sunday with throw in at 3.30 pm.
This game is preceded by the Junior Championship game in which Galway also play Sligo.
Galway minors play Roscommon in Dr Hyde Park, Roscommon on Friday evening at 7.00 pm.

ADULT TEAMS:
Our seniors defeated St Michael's in the league, division 1, by 3-13 to 0-13 in Corofin on Friday evening. The goals were scored by Micheál Lundy (2) and Connor Brady.
We commence the Senior County Championship with a game against Tuam on the weekend of 24/25 May.
Our Intermediate team defeated Killererin by 2-12 to 3-7 in the league, division 3, played in Corofin on Sunday.
This team plays St Gabriel’s in their first game of the Championship also on the weekend of 24/25 May.
Our Junior A team defeated Annaghdown by 3-12 to 3-9 in the league division 5 (North) played in Corofin on Saturday evening.
Our Junior C team’s game against Milltown in division 8A league (North) was postponed.
UNDERAGE:
Our under 14 team defeated Mountbellew-Moylough by 3-4 to 3-3 in Corofin on Friday evening. They play Oranmore-Maree this Friday at 7.00 pmin Oranmore.
ALL IRELAND CHAMPIONS:
Well done to the Corofin players involved in the Interfirms All Ireland Football Final in which Medtronic defeated Ardboe by 3-23 to 1-15. Those on the panel were, Dylan Canney, Cathal Newell, Keith Murphy, Micheál Lundy, Barry O’Donovan, Conor Cunningham, Mike Farragher.
