CLUB NOTES: Well done to our division 4 league team who continued their good run with a 3-point win over Renvyle, played in Renvyle on Saturday evening. The final score was 3-13 to 3-10. We now top this division with 10 points after the 5 games played. The team returns to action when they play St Gabriel's in Corofin at 6.30 pm on Sunday. Please support all our teams. Well done to the Galway minor footballers who advanced to Connacht Minor Final with a 0-15 to 1-9 over Mayo on Friday evening in Tuam Stadium. Well done to our Club players involved including Matthew Cooley (0-4) and Tony Gill (0-1). Hard luck to our under 15 team who lost narrowly to Oranmore-Maree on a scoreline of 4-10 to 5-9 in division 1 (North) played last week. Our under 12s lost out to Caherlistrane by 1-5 to 1-8 in a Group 1 game played in Corofin last week. The Club sends its congratulations to Roisín Fahey, Ballintubber who married John Cassels, Dumbarton, Scotland in Corofin Church on Saturday.
