“It’s that time of year again” and at this time I often think of people who have helped Western Alzheimers during the years. I would just like to take this opportunity to say thank you for your support. It has made a big difference. This year alone we will provide 360,000 hours of practical care for Alzheimer Patients through our homes and In-Home Support service. We deliver services throughout Galway, Mayo & Roscommon. We have a 12 bed Respite Centre in Ballindine, Co Mayo and a 24 bed Nursing Home in Athenry, Co. Galway for long stay care and respite care. We have an In-Home support service which ensures that Carers of Alzheimer Patients have a Care Assistant going into their own homes giving the Carer regular weekly breaks. Knowing you were there, your support and contribution made this possible. I wish you a very happy and peaceful Christmas, and again Thank You. There was no winner of this weeks Jackpot, the next lotto draw will take place on 9th January
