Underage Presentation & Lip Sync DVD Launch Night this Saturday 25th November.

This coming Saturday is a very busy evening & night for our Gaa Club. We had alot of success on the playing field at both the boys & girls underage levels and we are hosting a presentation evening at 5.30pm in the Community School for all the Underage Boys and Girls in our Club. We would encourage as many club members as possible to attend as we have 2 brilliant Guests of Honours on the day, namely... Multi All Ireland winner Oisin McConville and the Cavan Sharpshooter who is playing in the Ulster Club Championship Final the following day, Seanie Johnson. May i just take this opportunity to thank the 2 lads for taking time out of their hectic schedules to attend. We as a club greatly greatly appreciate it.☘

Off the field this year has also been a huge success for our Club as we ran by far the biggest Fundraiser our Club has ever embarked on, Lip Sync Battles on the 7th October. This fundraiser raised €95,000 which in turn is helping us consrtuct our Astro Pitch which is very near completion. On top of this there is extensive work been done to the entrance of St Annes Park and this can be seen as you drive out the Shercock Road. All hugely important works that will give our Club and its players and members the most up to date modern and state of the art facilities that will be the envy of many a club in our County. To relive our night in Killinkere Leisure Centre which was an outstanding nights entertainment we will be launching our Lip Sync DVD in Nixys Squarebar at 9pm. All the cast are going to be in attendance so come along and mingle with the stars of the show and enjoy the show on the Big Screens throughout the pub. You never know maybe the Priests or the Fiesty Fillies or some of the other Acts will perform again for one night only.😛 There will be finger food and the brilliant KUDOS will be playing after the DVD finishes. Its promises to be a brilliant night. Please come along and support this amazing cast who gave their time freely ( and they put in some long hours practice over the 6 weeks prior to the show) to ensure that our Fundraiser was a Massive succes for YOUR Club.
