CLUB NOTES

Our senior team have their first game of the season this Sunday in the Jim Devlin Cup when they travel to play Coalisland at 1:00 p.m.. Our reserves were defeated 1-10 to 1-08 at home to Trillick on Sunday, this Friday at 7:00 they host Donaghmore in Pairc Gheardhromma.

Our U18’s lost out 0-9 to 3-11 at home to Fintona, this Sunday at 5:00 p.m. they travel to play Carrickmore. Our U18 development team play Cookstown at home at 1:30 on Sunday.

Our U14’s lost out 3-07 to 5-14 against Owen Roes last Saturday, this Saturday they travel to play Kildress at 11:00. The U14 development team were unlucky to lose 3-05 to 5-02 to Errigal Ciaran on Saturday.

Coaching continues on Saturday morning for U6.5’s while the U8.5’s and U10.5’s have Go Games at home at 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 .a.m.

Membership forms are still available in Montague’s Shop, membership fee’s are £10 for youth and £50 for adult, if anyone wants to join our Cairde scheme contact Joe, Aidy or any committee member.

Our Ranganna Gaelige, Irish language classes continue on Monday evenings in St. John’s School, Bunrang 1 (Complete beginners) is from 7:00-7:45, Bunrang 2 (beginner improvers) is from 7:45-8:30 and Meanrang (Intermediate) is from 7:00-8:00, everyone welcome to come along and join the ever growing Irish language speaking community in Droim Mór.

There are still come editions of our Club History book ‘Dromore St. Dympna’s Club and Parish’ available, the books are priced at £20 each and are available for purchase in Montague’s Shop or can be bought online via the link on our club website and social media, postage can be arranged at an additional cost.
