CLUB NOTES
Our U20’s lost out 2-07 to 1-14 at home to Kildress last Sunday, this Sunday they are away to Pomeroy at 11:00.
The U16 team had a hard fought 1-11 to 1-09 win away to Donaghmore last Sunday, they play at home Errigal Ciaran on Thursday (20th) at 7:00 p.m. and then are away to Moy on Sunday morning at 11:00.
The U16 Development team lost out 6-08 to 2-08 away to Carrickmore last Saturday, they are away to Ardboe this Sunday at 11:00.
Our youth coaching for U8.5, U10.5 and U12.5 continues this Saturday at 10:00.
Our Gaelic Start program for pre-school and P1 takes place on Tuesday evenings from 6:15 to 7:00 in the Sports Hall.
All club supporters are asked to keep an eye on social media for details of our Big Solo event on 24th June, this is a special event to celebrate out 90th year, everyone of all ages will be able to take part and it will all be done in your own townland, a great day is in store so we look forward to you all taking part.
All members are reminded that membership forms are available in Montague’s Shop, the fee for mens club are just £10 for children and £50 for adults, anyone who wants to join our Cairde Droim Mór scheme can contact Gerard (07840 037085), Aidy (07597 071205) or Joe (07821 719969) for more details.
Dancing classes continue on Tuesday evenings in Dromore Sports Hall from 8:15 to 9:45, come along and bring a friend for a good evenings craic, refreshments will be provided and the cost is just £3.
Irish language classes for beginners and improvers continue on Monday evenings from 7 p.m. – 8 p.m., the classes take place in St. John’s School and cost just £3 per night, newcomers are most welcome. The Ciorcal Comhrá Irish language conversation continues on Sunday mornings from 11:00 – 12:00 in the Village Table.
