CLUB NOTES
Our U16 team lost out to Fintona on Saturday on a scoreline of 3-12 to 1-12. Our U16 Development team also lost out to Clonoe on Saturday on a scoreline of 4-06 to 3-03. The U16 team are back in action away to Donaghmore this Saturday morning at 11am. The U16 Development team are back in action tomorrow evening away to Cappagh at 6.30pm and then away to Carrickmore on Saturday morning at 11am.
Our U20’s are back in action on Saturday evening home to Kildress at 6.30pm.
Our youth coaching for U8.5, U10.5 and U12.5 continues this Saturday at 10:00. Our Gaelic Start program for pre-school and P1 takes place on Tuesday evenings from 6:15 to 7:00 in the Sports Hall.
All members are reminded that membership forms are available in Montague’s Shop, the fee for mens club are just £10 for children and £50 for adults, anyone who wants to join our Cairde Droim Mór scheme can contact Gerard (07840 037085), Aidy (07597 071205) or Joe (07821 719969) for more details.
There will be an opportunity to sign up for Cairde an Droime Mhóir on Saturday 15th April from 7.30pm to 8.30pm and Sunday 16th April 10.30am to 11.30am in St. Patrick’s Hall. There will be an opportunity to try on the new Cairde jackets on the night. We are also inviting those interested in taking part in Dromore’s Big Solo Fundraiser to come along and register interest on the night.
Dancing classes continue on Tuesday evenings in Dromore Sports Hall from 8:15 to 9:45, come along and bring a friend for a good evenings craic, refreshments will be provided and the cost is just £3.
Irish language classes for beginners and improvers continue on Monday evenings from 7 p.m. – 8 p.m., the classes take place in St. John’s School and cost just £3 per night, newcomers are most welcome. The Ciorcal Comhrá Irish language conversation continues on Sunday mornings from 11:00 – 12:00 in the Village Table.
