League action returns this Sunday with both reserves and seniors in action against Ardboe in Pairc Ghearrdhroma at 2:15 and 3:45. Our U17’s lost out to a strong Ardboe team in the championship last Thursday. Coaching continues for the U7.5, U9.5 and U11.5’s on Saturday morning at 10:00. Good luck to the senior ladies who are due to play Drumragh in the league in Pairc Ghearrdhroma on Saturday evening at 6:30. Also, the ladies have their annual Spinathon fundraiser in the town this Saturday, please come along and donate as funds are much needed for this great fledgling club who do so much for the youth of our parish. For all our budding Gaeligori and everyone else interested there is an interesting talk on the origin and meanings of local surnames taking place on Friday 17th September in the Sports Centre at 8:00 p.m., the talk is open to everyone and it is hoped it will also be shown live on the Dromore GFC facebook.
