Catherine Maguire CLUB NOTES Commiserations to our senior team who put in a monumental effort after a bad start in the league final only to lose out on penalties 0-19 to 2-13 on Saturday. This marks the end of the season for the team and management and the club would like to thank them for their efforts. The reserves put in a great performance also defeating Errigal Ciaran 0-8 to 0-1 in the championship quarter final and they now face Donaghmore in the semi final. With the shut down in games we do not know when this will take place. There was a brilliant turnout for our Gaelic Start program last Saturday morning. Parents will be kept informed in the Whatsapp group for future sessions. Dromore GFC Committee has taken the decision to suspend all training at all age levels temporarily. This will be kept under constant review in the days and weeks ahead with the hope that we can return to Gardrum park soon. We appeal to all our members and supporters to redouble their efforts and play their part in trying to stop the spread of the virus within our local community. *** A reminder that all winnings can be collected in Montague’s Costcutter, Dromore and online winnings can also be collected via cheque or paypal by contacting treasurer.dromore.tyrone@gaa.ie by email ***
