CLUB NOTES
No words can be used to describe the feeling last Sunday as our U21 team made history defeating Carryduff 1-09 to 0-08 and becoming the first men’s team from the club to win an Ulster Championship, heartiest congratulations to all the players, Paddy, Colm, Hugh, Kevin and Ciara, what you have achieved will never be forgotten. The huge Dromore support at the game and in the town afterwards shows just how proud everyone is of this team.
Well done to Emmett McNabb on his man of the match award and to Andrew McGrath on the top scorer award.
This year’s U21 competition has already kicked off with the team beating Omagh tonight. They are due to play away to Carrickmore on Friday evening at 7:30 then away to Errigal Ciaran on Sunday at 2:30 and home to Killyclogher next Wednesday at 7:30.
