There was no winner of last week's Lotto Jackpot, Next Thursday's draw is in Russell Park on 16th March.The Jackpot remains at €15,000 with the reserve also at €15,000. St Brigid’s Senior Hurlers claimed the first trophy of the 2017 hurling season on Tuesday evening as they defeated O’Tooles 1-15 to 0-11 under the floodlights in a rain-soaked Russell Park to retain the Boland Cup. Congratulations to all in Castleknock Community College on a great All-Ireland PPS Camogie Final win on Friday afternoon. The girls overcame St Patricks, Keady on a scoreline of 2-07 to 0-05. St Brigid's players on the team were - Mairead and Deirdre McCarthy, Ellen and Lucy Bolger, Mia Murray, Aoife Coffey, Claudia Daly and Dara Lynn-Loomes. Come and join us as we take part in the St. Patricks Day parade in Blanchardstown. We will be meeting at 1.30 at Scoil Bhride opposite The Bell Pub. See website for further details. Well done to Dublin U14 Ladies Football squad and Amelia Ryan who fielded in her first Intercounty game as Dublin opened their Leinster campaign with a good win over Kildare in Hawkfield on Saturday 11th. The U12 Camogie squad had a great day on Sunday in Abbottstown at the Camán to Leinster Development sessions. Well done to Ciaran Breslin, Jack O'Neill and Cian O'Sullivan who represented Trinity College in the All Ireland Colleges defeating IT Tralee in a great final.
